一套完整的生物質氣發電系統,通常由以下三大核心模塊組成:
A complete biomass gas power generation system typically consists of the following three core modules:
氣化爐:系統的“心臟”。它負責將生物質能由固態轉化為氣態。根據氣流和燃料流動的方向,氣化爐主要分為下吸式、上吸式、橫吸式和流化床等類型。其中,下吸式固定床氣化爐因產生的燃氣焦油含量較低,在中小規模發電中應用最為廣泛。
Gasification furnace: the "heart" of the system. It is responsible for converting biomass energy from solid to gaseous state. According to the direction of airflow and fuel flow, gasifiers are mainly divided into types such as down suction, up suction, cross suction, and fluidized bed. Among them, the down suction fixed bed gasifier is widely used in small and medium-sized power generation due to its low tar content in the gas produced.

燃氣凈化系統:系統的“腎臟”。由于生物質氣化產生的原始燃氣中含有未完全裂解的焦油和灰塵,若不處理會嚴重損害發動機。凈化系統通過多級冷卻和過濾,將燃氣溫度降至40℃以下,并嚴格控制焦油和灰塵的含量,確保內燃機能夠長期可靠地工作。
Gas purification system: the "kidney" of the system. Due to the presence of incompletely cracked tar and dust in the raw gas produced by biomass gasification, it can seriously damage the engine if not treated. The purification system reduces the gas temperature to below 40 ℃ through multi-stage cooling and filtration, and strictly controls the content of tar and dust to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the internal combustion engine.
內燃發電機:系統的“肌肉”。通常采用專門針對生物質燃氣特性(如低熱值、燃燒速度慢)進行改造的內燃機。它采用較低的壓縮比和專用的混合器結構,將燃氣的化學能轉化為機械能,最終輸出高品質電能。
Internal combustion generator: the 'muscle' of the system. Typically, internal combustion engines are modified specifically for the characteristics of biomass gas, such as low calorific value and slow combustion rate. It adopts a lower compression ratio and a dedicated mixer structure to convert the chemical energy of gas into mechanical energy, ultimately outputting high-quality electrical energy.
